Challenge: | Omni were called upon as the digital agency of choice to work alongside The NIMH team to create a new brand identity that involved a series of workshops, the development of a creative brief, the option of 3 potential identity routes and the final development of the chosen route. This was further developed into an extensive brand guidelines document, a variety of printed media and a sophisticated website design and build. The aim of the project was to reevaluate and change their public facing, member facing and internal facing identity so that NIMH could move forward with confidence in presenting themselves as the recognized leaders in herbal medicine. |

Results: | It has changed perceptions internally and externally, resulting in a stronger, more focused Institute and a more valuable offering to potential new members. The brand launch had an immediate return on the investment and stimulated a new partnership with Typhoo tea on a new herbal tea range. |
