		<title>GymJam Viral Game Launched</title>

		<title>NIMH website launched</title>

		<description><![CDATA[The <a href="http://www.omniproductions.co.uk/work/6/40/nationalinstituteofmedicalherbalists.htm">National Institute of Medical Herbalists</a> came to Omni to help them refresh, control and understand their public facing, member facing and internal facing identity.<br /><br />The branding process included intensive workshops, S.W.O.T. analysis, creative briefing and the development of a series of potential creative routes forward.<br /><br />The logo signified the support of the Medical Herbalist by the National Institute by prioritising the Medical Herbalist, and a subtle organic flurry of colour brought together its obvious relationship to nature.<br /><br />The website is entirely content managed by the Institute with Omni's <a href="http://www.omniproductions.co.uk/services/1/16/contentmanagementsystems-cms-bristol.htm">CMS system</a>, allowing them to add all copy, extra sections and manage the international herbal database. We also added a little feature to the CMS, which allows them to add herb background images to each page breathing more life and nature into the site.<br /><br />The new brand identity has been accepted by the Institute as a hugely positive step forward and brings renewed focus, continuity and unity.<br /><br />It has changed perceptions internally and externally, resulting in a stronger, more focused Institute and a more valuable offering to potential new members. This effective and engaging project, managed by Hugh Thomas &ndash; <a href="http://www.bristol.gov.uk/ccm/portal/">Bristol City Council</a>, also allows the participants to work alongside local, professional filmmakers. <br /><br />Students are inspired with creative thought and storytelling techniques, together with understanding that it is as equally as important to manage your finances effectively when producing creative work. Teaming up with the Centre for Sports, Omni has captured a dynamic and fast paced narrative with some stylised use of motion graphics and stop motion animation.</p><p>The final film will be used to promote the Centre for Sports to International teams looking to use various training facilities around the region for the 2012 games.  Omni have found it a real pleasure being the creative team with the opportunity to highlight the excellent, international standard, facilities on offer to a wide range of sports people.</p><p>It's also opened our eyes to all the options open to get yourself fit...bring on the summer!! </p>]]></description>

Cutting edge web design,a stable build, <a href="http://www.omniproductions.co.uk/services/1/14/searchengineoptimisationseo-bristol.htm">SEO</a> additions, user profiling and tracking systems and data capture systems have all ensured their site has helped to support consistency of brand identity. <br /><br />Omni have also produced a looping DVD of branded motion graphics for their reception areas and over the coming months will be working with their marketing team to develop a Microsite to accompany a new campaign to help keep Britain active.<br /><br />Our most recent project is a fun <a href="http://www.gymjamgame.com/">online viral game</a> adding to the full digital service offering Omni Productions supply.<br />]]></description>

		<title>Business Link ad campaign</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Omni have been working with Business Link South West on the production of a TV commercial, radio spots and <a href="http://www.thinkbusinesslink.com/">Microsite</a> to accompany a new awareness raising ad campaign.<br /><br />The ad campaign was developed to increase understanding of Business Link amongst businesses in the region &ndash; making a serious difference to perceptions. The focus was to make the brand relevant to new and growing businesses, establishing Business Link as their first point of contact for business support.<br /><br />The campaign, rather than focusing on the business as an entity, is focusing on the individuals behind the business, to show how Business Link can help them with their hopes, fears, ambitions and objectives.<br /><br />The 30sec TV commercial, which broke on the 18th February, will run until the 10th March 2008. Great care was taken to select individuals that represent the range of businesses that are supported &ndash; from startups to established firms.<br /><br />Run across 20 radio stations there will be 3,469 radio spots across the region all timed up with an ambitious regional press push, giving serious impact to the campaign.<br /><br />The campaign is supported by a dedicated Microsite - <a href="http://www.thinkbusinesslink.com/">www.thinkbusinesslink.com</a> Focusing on Starting, Running and Growing businesses. This site will include: the TV commercial; 3 &ndash; 5 minute extended interviews between Business Link advisers and Business Link clients; a database of case studies and the key questions that businesses ask. The user is able then through the site to ask questions of Business Link advisers.<br /><br />Omni have also included a <a href="http://www.youtube.com/thinkbusinesslink">YouTube channel</a> for the related films to help complete the off and online campaign.<br /><br /><br />]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Recently commissioned by UWE&rsquo;s conference team, Omni have had a great time capturing in a documentary style; the various individuals and organisations, who use the university&rsquo;s facilities for both work and pleasure, year after year, who couldn&rsquo;t speak higher of the experience, and the staff who serve them.  <br /> <br />Filming an impressive array of hospitality put on by the UWE team that includes within its conference services; accommodation, party organisation, exhibitions, summer schools and sports facilities. 		<description><![CDATA[It&rsquo;s not everyday one comes across a major industrial company that puts its money where its mouth is, when building a better world.<br /><br />Setting a good example since 1929, Burdens; the UK&rsquo;s leading supplier of civil engineering and building materials to the environmental and industrial markets is one such company, who not only gives a hefty chunk of profits to the charitable sector at home and to the developing world, but also reinvests heavily in creating and using its own eco friendly materials for customer's construction; rainwater harvesting systems being one of their many offerings.<br /><br />Therefore it goes without saying that Omni are very proud to be associated with Burdens for the production of a major marketing promo to be sent around the world to introduce and refresh the Burden&rsquo;s way to those who could know better.  <br /><br />Having trawled through the mire of mediocrity, Burdens finally found Omni and invited us to start work on their DVD promo that will employ a complimentary mix of motion graphics and live action to inspire, and refresh its customers as to what they&rsquo;ve been buying into all these years. <br /><br />Work is currently underway, starting with several location shoots across the UK, for completion in the first quarter of the new year!]]></description>

So far it looks amazing. 		<title>An even greener Omni</title>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Omni are now able to offer a greener print turnaround service to our clients after encouraging new collaborations with a UK top 200 printing service who recently achieved the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard award, only held by a small percentage of printers in the UK. Also, being announced as the Green Company of the Year by the Chambers of Commerce at the South West Regional Awards this collaboration is the perfect combination for a greener future in design. <br /><br />50% less power, 8 times less water and speeding up the print process has resulted in volatile organic compound (VOC) being incredibly, over a ton less than before.<br /><br />Omni are using printers rated in the top 1% within the UK by the print buyer of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.greenpeace.org.uk">Greenpeace</a> and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.foe.co.uk">Friends of the Earth</a>. This means only renewable paper resources in fully sustainable forests that actively help in the reduction of C02 and other greenhouse gasses, are used and land fill waste is reduced up to 70% by these services.<br /><br />What this means for our clients is that from over 90% of our future print related quotes, Omni will provide two printing options: Firstly our standard printers and secondly a green option for your consideration.  <br /><br />It&rsquo;s as simple as that. 		<description><![CDATA[We are now happy to announce that Omni have got their hands on a perfect little car park next door which holds around eight parking spaces. No more, &quot;It's a lovely office but where can you park?&quot;, long gone are the days of fear and anxiety as you tentatively listen out for the scrape every time you hear a lorry squeeze past your car on Dove Lane. <br /><br />We have to admit that although if you know the area parking is not a problem, for Clients coming to visit it's always a bit of a mission to find a space nearby. (Especially as all the workmen developing the new Broadmead complex have realised they can park there for free early in the morning. The cheek of it!)<br /><br />It may not seem like much, and maybe not even worthy of a news story but believe us when we say that we were almost as excited securing eight parking spaces as we were securing the whole building. :-)<br /><br />We now feel complete.<br /><br />]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Omni are happy to announce that a Flash based website they produced has picked up a bronze award for 'Best Website' at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.freshcreativeawards.co.uk/results.aspx">The Fresh Awards</a><br /><br />The site: <a target="_blank" href="http://www.toshiba-europe.com/leadinginnovation/">Toshiba Leading Innovation</a><br /> <br />The website was produced by Omni as part of a larger off and online campaign run by B2B Agency <a target="_blank" href="http://www.mzl.com/">MZL</a>. It was built to highlight 6 key features of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.toshiba.co.uk/">Toshiba</a>'s new range of laptops <br /><br /><span class="quotes">&quot;We are very proud of the site and it's a great example of how all of our production services can come together to produce innovative, award winning work. Our interactive and video teams worked flat out for around 6 weeks on the production and post production of the films together with the Flash build of the site.&quot;</span><br /><br /><span class="quotes_caps">Sam Hearn, MD, Omni Productions</span><br /><br />Together with our in-house production services Omni built the site around some stunning illustration work by top creatives <a target="_blank" href="http://www.mcfaul.net">McFaul</a>.
